Future Vision for Security Devices is a Saudi company that specializes in providing security systems to homes, businesses, and organizations in the Kingdom.
The problem
Future Vision had many departments and teams within the company. Each team operated independently of the other resulting in problems across their inventory, maintenance, and technical offerings.
The biggest challenge was to connect all teams using a single system that streamlined operations between teams. We needed to connect the contracts department, with the technical team, with maintenance, with sales and post-sales, with the spare parts inventory.
Another challenge was that Future Vision hired team members from various cultures. So there were language challenges and nationalities and ways of doing things inside the company.
